It’s Better Together

Helping committed couples break conflict patterns, learn to communicate constructively,
and reignite their intimate connection.

Has your relationship hit the bitter roommate stage?

In this phase, the warmth has quietly drained out of your daily life.

  • The Conflict Loop: Even the most innocuous conversations turn confusingly into exhausting arguments about the argument.

  • The Routine: The shared fun is gone, and physical intimacy? Forget about it. You’ve stopped being romantic partners and started operating like household co-managers.

You could throw in the towel, except for one thing: you can’t help but remember a time when it wasn’t like this.

You remember when you felt deeply connected, laughed easily, and were each other's biggest fans. You want that closeness back. You want your person back.

The Gravity of the Drift

You are not alone. This drift is so common, it is basically gravity. It’s the low-energy, default state that drags long-term relationships down over time. Many couples give up here because they assume passion naturally dies, but you don't have to accept a parallel life under the same roof. And you don’t have to throw it all away.

Reclaim Your Relationship in 8 Weeks

You can reverse the drift and build a deeply fulfilling, intimate partnership. The 8-week Relationship Reset provides a clear, practical roadmap to step out of autopilot and back into connection.

Instead of waiting for things to change or trying to force a resistant partner, this framework shifts the power directly into your hands.

Inside the program, you will master:

  1. The Architecture of Connection: Shift your dynamic from transactional household logistics back to genuine curiosity and romance.

  2. Individual Relational Power: Learn exactly how to show up as the partner you want to be, breaking old reactivity cycles and changing the room's temperature entirely on your own.

  3. Sustainable Care Practices: Implement micro-habits that protect your bond from future drift and keep the relationship alive for the long haul.

This Isn’t Couples Counseling

If you’ve tried couples counseling before and felt stuck, or if you dread the idea of sitting in a room rehashing old fights, here is why this coaching model works where therapy often struggles:

Couples Counseling

The Relationship Reset (Coaching)

Couples Counseling
Looks Backward: Focuses heavily on analyzing past wounds, old fights, and "why" things broke down.
The Relationship Reset
Looks Forward: Focuses on actionable daily practices, clear strategies, and "how" to build connection today.
Couples Counseling
Requires Two: Often stays at a standstill if one partner is passive, resistant, or refuses to participate.
The Relationship Reset
Individual Agency: Gives you the tools to change the room's temperature and shift the dynamic entirely on your own.
Couples Counseling
Circular Debates: Can accidentally turn into moderated arguments about the argument.
The Relationship Reset
Skill Building: Masters the actual relational habits that keep a relationship alive for the long haul.

Meet the Coach

Hi, I’m Talia Lauren. I am a relationship coach trained through the Co-Active Training Institute (Co-Active Practitioner). I am also a recovering divorce lawyer.

I have spent the last 10 years in the trenches of family court, walking with people through the most difficult relationship disputes imaginable. I have also experienced a difficult divorce myself, so I consider myself a bit of an expert on how relationships go wrong.

I have dedicated myself now to using my experience to help people build relationships that feel good. I believe that healthy connection is the solution to many of the problems facing the world, and it starts at home, at work, and in our communities.

In relationship coaching I support my clients in becoming the person they need to be to build the relationships they want to be in. I also help them implement practices to bring those relationships to life.

I’m also a very happy wife, dog and horse mom, and hobby farmer. When I’m not in coaching sessions, you can usually find me in Carhartts and work boots, or out on a mountain trail somewhere.

Thanks for being here.
